Following registration, the user can quickly and easily set their availability to appear on behalf of other users by using the SET AVAILABILITY feature to select via drop-down menus (date/state/suburb/court) on which dates and at which court the user is available to appear.

The app contains a database of all Australian Courts so the process for the selected date only takes seconds to complete and multiple entries for any dates into the future can be made. This information is then stored in the database.

By utilising the SEARCH FOR A LAWYER  feature via drop-down menus (date/state/suburb/court) the user is then able to bring up a list of users (from the information stored in the database) available to appear on the specified date and at the specified court.

Selecting a specific user from the list will then bring up their contact details. For the purpose of engaging with the selected user, all contact is outside of the app and via normal channels i.e. telephone call, email, letter etc.

When registering, you will be required to enter your credit card details. You will have full access to the App and, all its features for 90 days before your credit card will be charged at the rate of A$6.99/weekly for one year. You may cancel your account anytime within the trial period and you will not be charged the registration fee.

The MENTION ME app and full use for one year. Subscription auto renews yearly after that term and you will be sent a reminder email 7 days prior to renewal. You may cancel your account from the App profile page prior to renewal.

Other than the payment process, simply your name and contact details.

Many users are only available to appear at a limited number of courts. This feature allows the user to set those courts in the FAVOURITE COURTS feature. Then when using the SEARCH FOR A LAWYER or SET MY AVAILABILITY features, the user can use the MY FAVOURITE toggle within those features to more quickly search for an available user or to more quickly update their availability for their “favourite” courts.

No. Population of the database is user dependent. As more users register, the greater the likelihood is of the database being populated with that information.
